At Scrubtastic, we curate items from a variety of independent vendors to bring you a diverse collection. Because our items ship from different locations, shipping times may vary by product.

• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS.

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 applies to all orders under $99.

• Free Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 (pre-tax).

• Delivery Times: Since we work with multiple vendors, please refer to the individual product page for specific processing and estimated delivery timelines.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at webstore@scrubtastic.com with your order number and indicate that you would like to initiate a return.

3. Return Shipping

• Return Labels: We provide a prepaid UPS return shipping label for your convenience.

• Fees: A return shipping fee of will be deducted from your refund total, unless the return is due to a defective item or a shipping error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
